Publication Policy
CIJFMR follows a rigorous double blind peer review system to maintain high academic quality across all disciplines. The journal publishes six issues every year and ensures transparent communication with authors throughout the publication cycle. Each manuscript undergoes multiple stages of evaluation that include preliminary screening, detailed peer review, and final editorial assessment.
A manuscript can be considered for publication only after the author submits a duly signed copyright declaration form. Submissions without this completed form cannot be processed further.
Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript must inform the editorial office through email before the final publication stage. Once a manuscript is published, it cannot be removed or altered. Reviewers may suggest revisions to enhance the overall quality of the work, and authors are expected to respond to these suggestions with diligence.

Detailed Publication Process
Authors submit their manuscripts through the CIJFMR Online Submission System. Once a manuscript is received, the editorial office sends an acknowledgment email to the corresponding author.
The editorial team conducts a primary review to ensure that the submission follows journal guidelines, formatting requirements, plagiarism standards, and falls within the multidisciplinary scope of CIJFMR.
Eligible manuscripts move to the double blind peer review stage. Independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript for originality, clarity, methodological accuracy, relevance, and contribution to the academic community.
Based on the reviewers' comments, the editorial board issues a decision. Authors are informed through email whether the manuscript is accepted, requires revisions, or is declined. Revision cycles may be initiated if improvements are needed.
Once the manuscript is accepted, authors must submit the signed copyright declaration form. After verification and approval of all final materials, the paper is forwarded for publication processing.
The manuscript is published in the upcoming issue of CIJFMR. Authors receive an E-certificate of publication along with permanent access to the published version of their work.
