About the journal
The Crossroads International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research (CIJFMR) publishes original, rigorously reviewed scholarship across four principal domains: law and legal studies, the social sciences, the humanities, and management and business studies. The most pressing questions of our time sit at the crossroads of several disciplines; CIJFMR gives scholars a place to pursue them with the depth of their own field and the breadth of others.
Every article is free to read from the day it appears, under CC BY-NC 4.0, and authors keep their copyright. Manuscripts are submitted online without an account, and every author receives a certificate of publication that can be verified online.

Original, unpublished scholarship across four principal domains, from academics, practitioners and research scholars in India and abroad.
Law and Legal Studies
Constitutional, criminal, commercial, international and comparative law; technology and data protection law; legal theory; regulation.
Social Sciences
Sociology, political science, public policy, governance, economics, development studies, criminology, education, and library and information science.
Humanities
History, philosophy and ethics, literature, languages, culture, religion and media studies.
Management and Business Studies
Corporate governance, strategy, organisational behaviour, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship and MSMEs.
Interdisciplinary research connecting two or more of these domains is especially welcome, such as law and technology, public policy and governance, human rights and society, culture and economics, and organisational studies and management.
