Crossroads International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access online journal. It provides a serious publication forum for work in Law, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Management, with particular interest in questions that benefit from more than one disciplinary perspective.
A journal for research across boundaries
Significant questions rarely remain within one academic category. Legal institutions interact with society and public policy. Management decisions raise questions of governance, ethics and human behaviour. Technology reshapes law, culture, commerce and social relationships. Historical and philosophical inquiry informs contemporary institutional debates.
CIJFMR welcomes both discipline-specific scholarship and work that connects concepts, methods or evidence across fields. Intellectual substance, methodological fitness and a clearly stated contribution matter more than artificial boundaries.
Mission
The Journal exists to make rigorous multidisciplinary research visible, usable, and open to readers worldwide. CIJFMR supports scholarship that clarifies complex problems, tests ideas against evidence, and connects academic inquiry with professional and policy contexts. Editorial decisions rest on relevance, methodological care, originality, and contribution to knowledge.

Scholarly character
Research manuscripts in peer-reviewed categories receive preliminary editorial assessment and, where suitable, double-blind peer review. Reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors and author identities are withheld from reviewers so far as reasonably practicable.

CIJFMR is committed to immediate reader access. Published scholarly articles are intended to remain available online without a subscription barrier. Authors retain copyright, subject to the licence displayed with the article.

Commercial, institutional, personal or ideological interests must not improperly influence editorial decisions.
Conflicts managed
Editors and reviewers disclose relevant interests and withdraw where impartial judgement may reasonably be questioned.

Integrity concerns receive confidential, proportionate assessment, with corrections or other action when reliable evidence requires it.
