Submission Guidelines

1. General Instructions
Word Limit
Research Papers: 3,500 to 10,000 words
Case Analysis: 2,000 to 5,000 words
Abstract
All manuscripts must be accompanied by an abstract of 250 to 300 words.
The abstract should concisely summarize the objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions of the manuscript.
Authorship
A maximum of four co-authors is permitted for research paper submissions.
A maximum of one co-author is permitted for all other categories of submissions.
Originality and Exclusivity
Submissions must be original, unpublished work and must not be under consideration by any other journal at the time of submission.
Manuscripts found to be published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to another journal will be rejected outright.
Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism up to 15 percent, as determined through Turnitin Plagiarism Detection Software, is permissible.
Any manuscript found to be plagiarized beyond the permissible limit, whether in part or in entirety, shall be rejected without further consideration.
Author Responsibility and Liability
Authors shall bear sole responsibility for the content of their manuscripts.
Any dispute arising post-publication, including but not limited to issues of copyright infringement, defamation, offensive content, or contempt, shall be the exclusive liability of the author(s).
Authors undertake to indemnify the journal against any loss or liability arising from such disputes.
Editorial Discretion
While authors are encouraged to adhere strictly to the prescribed word limits, the Editorial Board reserves the right to exercise reasonable flexibility based on the academic merit, originality, and quality of the manuscript, provided all other publication criteria are fulfilled.
2. Format of the Manuscript
First Page Requirements
The first page of the manuscript must include:
Title of the paper
Name(s) of the author(s)
Institutional affiliation(s)
Email address(es)
Abstract
Keywords
Font and Spacing
Main text: Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
Footnotes: Times New Roman, font size 10, with 1.0 line spacing.
Headings and sub-headings must follow a consistent structural hierarchy throughout the manuscript.
Citation Style
A uniform footnote-based citation style must be followed throughout the manuscript.
Authors may use any one of the following citation styles:
Bluebook, 20th Edition
OSCOLA, 4th Edition
ILI Citation Style
In-text citation styles such as APA or Chicago are strictly not permitted.
File Format and Presentation
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (2003 version or above).
Illustrations, tables, and figures must be inserted at appropriate places within the text and should be properly numbered.
Decorative borders, shading, or any non-academic formatting elements are strictly prohibited.
3. Research Paper Format
Research papers must mandatorily include the following sections:
Title Page (including author details)

Introduction and Statement of the Research Problem
Research Objectives
Research Questions
Research Hypotheses
Research Methodology
Literature Review
Research and Analysis (divided into relevant sub-headings)
Suggestions and Recommendations (proposing feasible solutions to the identified research problem)

4. Case Analysis Format
Case analysis submissions must include the following sections:
Title Page (including author details)
Abstract (250 to 300 words)
Keywords (maximum of five)
Introduction (brief overview of the core legal concepts or issues involved)
Factual and Procedural Background of the Case
Legal Issues Involved
Arguments Advanced by the Parties
Research and Analysis (issue-wise examination of judicial reasoning)
Judgment
Ratio Decidendi
Obiter Dicta
Conclusion and Comments
Critical evaluation of the judgment
Its significance and impact on the relevant field of jurisprudence
References
