Terms of Use

Responsible use of the CIJFMR website, scholarly content and online services.

Website and service conditions

Use CIJFMR lawfully, accurately and responsibly.

These terms apply when a person reads Journal content, uses an account, submits or reviews work, or interacts with another CIJFMR online service.

Visitors may use the CIJFMR website for lawful research, reading, submission, review, and journal administration. Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, respect confidentiality, avoid unauthorised access, and refrain from uploading malicious, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material. Automated access must follow published interfaces and reasonable rate limits. Publication on the website does not create professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Article reuse is governed by the licence shown with each article. These terms do not override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

01 / Use

Scholarly services must not be misused

The website may provide articles, submissions, manuscript tracking, policies, calls, issue archives, reviewer resources and contact services.

  • Do not violate applicable law or intellectual-property rights
  • Do not upload malicious software or attempt unauthorised access
  • Do not interfere with security, availability or reasonable technical limits
  • Do not impersonate another person or submit fraudulent information
  • Do not manipulate submissions, review, invoices or publication records
  • Do not misuse confidential manuscripts or overload the service through disruptive scraping
02 / Accounts

Submission creates responsibilities, not a right to publication

A submission is governed by the Author Guidelines, Submission Guidelines, Peer Review Policy, Publication Ethics, Copyright and Licensing Policy, and any other requirement displayed for the workflow. Submission does not create a right to external review, acceptance or publication.

  • Names, affiliations and authorship information must be accurate
  • Declarations, funding and conflict information must not mislead
  • Users must protect their credentials and not access another account
  • False identities must not be used to influence editorial decisions
  • The Journal may protect its systems by suspending compromised access
03 / Content

Article licences and Journal rights are distinct

The licence displayed on a scholarly article governs reuse of that article. Third-party items within it may carry additional restrictions. CIJFMR's website design, code, logo, branding, administrative content and databases are not assumed to fall under an article's Creative Commons licence.

No false association: the Journal identity must not be used to suggest endorsement, partnership, accreditation, acceptance, editorial appointment or official affiliation. False letters, certificates, invoices and publication records are prohibited.
04 / Information

Access is maintained carefully but cannot be uninterrupted

Maintenance, security incidents, hosting failures, software updates, networks or circumstances outside the Journal's control can interrupt availability. Links to independent websites are provided for convenience or scholarly reference and do not necessarily indicate endorsement.

Published articles express their authors' scholarly conclusions unless expressly stated otherwise. Journal content is not automatically personalised legal, financial, medical, psychological, investment or other regulated professional advice.

Administrative or typographical website content may be corrected when necessary. Changes to a scholarly version of record follow the Corrections and Withdrawals Policy.

05 / Protection

Serious misuse may lead to restricted access

CIJFMR may restrict or suspend access where credible evidence indicates security abuse, fraud, harassment, repeated misuse, manipulation of peer review, intellectual-property infringement or another serious breach. The response should be proportionate to the risk and available evidence.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Users should report suspected credential compromise or fraudulent Journal communications promptly.

06 / Administration

Use only an authorised fee and payment route

Article processing chargeINR 500

Payment should be made only through an official Journal channel after the applicable fee, currency, waiver or refund terms, invoice and destination have been displayed. A charge cannot guarantee peer review, acceptance or publication.

CIJFMR may update website functions, submission procedures, publication workflows, article categories and policies where reasonably necessary. Material policy changes should be dated and made publicly accessible.

Use of CIJFMR

Protect the Journal's scholarly and technical integrity.

Use official routes, provide accurate information and report suspicious communications or account activity.
